  • Erie County (PA) Council Meeting Minutes Index, 1998-2001. Indexed and encoded minutes in HTML for posting on a public service Web site I created and maintained from 1999-2002. Developed an extensive name and subject authority list and indexing procedures manual. The Web site and index are still viewable on the Internet Wayback Machine site at www.archive.org by searching for members.aol.com/dgolso. Choose the Jan. 26, 2002 link to access the site. The index is accessible from the home page. This was a self-directed service project and was not undertaken in partnership with or endorsed by the county.
